The accompanying trailer starts with the fearful and desperate face of Jang Tae-sang (Park Seo-joon) facing an unknown entity. Motivated by their individual purposes, they decide to infiltrate the hospital. Tae-sang and Chae-ok start unraveling the massive secret of Ongseong Hospital and confront the dark greed slowly revealing itself beyond the glamorous streets, engaging in a heated struggle.
"Kyungsung Creature" Part 1, depicting tragic events at Ongseong Hospital and the fateful stories of those who encounter them, will be released exclusively on Netflix on December 22, and Part 2 is scheduled for January 5, 2024.
